I’ve put this website together to market myself, my roofing experience, and the numerous roofing services we offer. I used to own the company that I now work for – Phoenix Pro Roofing. Stepping away from ownership has been a great transition for me and still allows me to do what I enjoy the most, which is helping my clients with all their roofing needs. My #1 goal has always been and will continue to be - delivering each and every customer I work with a 5-Star Roofing Experience.

My approach is simple: no high-pressure sales tactics, no gimmicks, and no pricing games. Just straightforward, honest, and reliable service you can feel confident about.

What also sets me apart is my involvement in any roofing projects. Unlike many sales representatives who disappear after the contract is signed, I stay actively engaged throughout your project. I’m regularly on-site, working closely with our crews, monitoring progress, and keeping you informed about each roofing phase - especially if anything unexpected comes up.

I understand that a new roof is a major investment. That’s why my goal is not only to deliver a top-quality installation, but also to provide a smooth, stress-free, professional experience from start to finish with both myself, and the entire Phoenix Pro Roofing team.

My Qualifications:

1. Over 25 years of experience in Roofing, Remodeling, & the Building Industry.
   
   
2. I had past licenses as a Haag Residential & Commercial Roofing Inspector and as a Licensed Insurance Claim Adjuster.
   
   
3. I have Owned & Managed my own Roofing Company and I now currently work with the Melero Family (Octavio) the owner of Phoenix Pro Roofing.
   
   
4. I have Inspected, Repaired, and have Installed Hundreds of Roofs.
   
   
5. I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly in the Roofing Industry regarding Roofing Maintenance, Roofing Repairs, and new Roof Installations. 
   
   
6. I also currently own another business called Phoenix’s Best Contractors where I offer various types of Interior & Exterior Remodeling Services. ROC# 356721
   
   
7. I have years of experience dealing with Insurance Companies. I’ve inspected, worked on, helped file, and have met with a lot of insurance adjusters over the years in regards to their roofing damage(s).
   

What I Provide:

1. I offer residential “No Pressure” Roofing Inspections. 
   
   
2. After inspecting your roof, I will review any concerns with you. I will typically email or text you a quick summary of any of the roofing concerns I found.
   
   
3. I will send you any pertinent roofing photos that help illustrate the problem areas.
   
   
4. If you would like any estimates to take care of any maintenance, repairs, or replacements, I’d be happy to provide you with a roofing quote and/or a contract proposal.
   
   
5. If I’m unable to inspect your roof due to safety concerns, or if it has an un-walkable roofing material, I can schedule our drone team to take a look at the roof.
   
   
6. I always carry updated and current copies of our Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation policies for your peace of mind.
   
   
7. I personally manage your project from start to finish to ensure the roofing repair or replacement goes as smoothly as possible.
