Hail Damaged Roofs:
Believe it or not, Phoenix does and has had numerous hail storms with hail large enough to damage roofs. This picture in this post shows hail damage from the Hail storm that hit back in 2010. We have got a lot of roofs approved over the years due to hail damage.
Hail damage will cause a roof to deteriorate quickly, especially with the damage exposed to the Arizona Sun. It’s important to have a roofing inspector inspect and properly evaluate your roof. A number of our clients never even knew they had hail damage.
